The storm might be over but its effects continue to be felt in the form of very cold temperatures. This morning Denver recorded its coldest temperature ever for October 31.<\/p>\n

In the pre-dawn hours the temperature at Denver International Airport dropped to 7 degrees. This handily bested the record low temperature for the date of 10 degrees set in 1991.<\/p>\n

Here in Thornton we were just a bit colder with a low of 5 degrees.<\/p>\n

This is the third cold temperature record set in recent days. It follows a record low maximum on the 29th<\/a> and a record low yesterday<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
