COOLER TEMPERATURES AND PRECIPITATION MOVED\r\nINTO THE FRONT RANGE OF COLORADO ON THE 9TH AS A WEAK UPPER LEVEL\r\nTROUGH AND ASSOCIATED COLD FRONT MOVED ACROSS THE REGION.
