As we wrap up a January that was pretty much average in terms of temperature and precipitation, we look to February with hope for relief from the dry conditions we have seen thus far this winter. \u00a0Unfortunately historically February is a relatively dry month but we do start working off winter as temperatures climb.<\/p>\n
