Clouds will clear Tuesday but chilly temperatures will remain

Yesterday’s passing system is moving out and as it does, we see improving conditions today. Temperatures will remain on the chilly side but clouds will be easing.
The day starts off with partly clear skies. Coverage will ease throughout the morning leading to mostly sunny skies in the afternoon. High temperatures today will top out in the upper 30s.
Tonight, skies will be mostly clear with overnight lows around 20 degrees.
