Thornton is set to have another day with well above normal temperatures today. It will, however, also see some blustery winds as a cold front arrives in the afternoon.

Cloud cover will be present today so look for partly sunny skies for the daytime hours. Winds will be breezy, particularly in the afternoon as cold front moves through. High temperatures will again be quite mild with highs in the mid to upper 60s.

The late afternoon and early evening have a very slight chance to bring a sprinkle of rain. Any chances of precipitation will be done by 7:00pm and then we will have partly clear skies overnight. Lows will dip to the low to mid-30s.
