For a brief period of time this afternoon, Thornton and western Adams County were under a Tornado Warning as a funnel cloud was spotted passing. Thankfully the storm quickly weakened and the threat diminished. The image at the right is courtesy John Wagner of the Warrior Legacy Foundation.
