Wednesday offers up warm temperatures, lots of sun, some breezy winds

Thornton is once again set to enjoy a pleasant fall day. We will see mercury readings well above normal although there will be a little bit of wind.
Sunny skies once again start us off and will remain throughout the day. Winds will be light this morning, becoming breezy by mid-afternoon. High temperatures will top out in the mid-70s.
Tonight, winds will ease by around sunset. Skies will remain clear and overnight lows will dip to around the 40-degree mark.
