Thornton’s weekend weather to offer up near normal temps, relatively calm conditions
Friday, January 7th, 2022 5:03am MDTNot too bad of a weekend ahead. Overall, conditions will be calm and dry but there will be one, slight chance for precipitation.
For Friday, it will be the warmest day of the three-day period with highs in the mid to upper 40s. There will be a good bit of cloud cover overhead though. Tonight, skies will remain partly cloudy with lows in the low to mid-20s.
Saturday offers temperatures near normal with highs in the low to mid-40s. We will start out sunny then a weak cold front moves in increasing the cloud cover. The evening brings just a slight chance for a shower but if there is any precipitation it is not expected to amount to much. Saturday night into Sunday morning, partly clear skies will be above with overnight lows in the teens.
Sunday will offer up the most sun of the period but also the coolest temperatures. Look for highs in the mid-30s under sunny to mostly sunny skies.
Have a great weekend!
