The pre-dawn hours brought some very gusty winds to our area as we recorded a 42mph gust at 3:10am. The winds will be easing after the sun comes up and it will be only slightly breezy for the rest of the day. Look for mostly sunny skies with temperatures today 10 degrees or so cooler than yesterday.
For the balance of the week the first half will continue our dry, mild pattern. Late Thursday and through the weekend a series of storms should cool us down and give us at least a slight chance to see some precipitation – finally!
